In game search exclude Visual Novel and Hentai tags, this removes like 90% of the crap.
(You might first think of disabling Sexual Content and NSFW, but no excluding Visual Novel + Hentai yields best results)

note: Unfortunately this does not work in the top bar search. Also GoG tags are not accurate so a title or two might creep through the filter.

The new and way more important thing to clutch your pearls to and get offended by clearly is that games are now too demonic and satanic and shit.
Like this Dawn of the Bloodwalker game - even the promo artwork is all red and ritualistic.

While some violent games and horror games are actually great games, the vast overwhelming majority of porn games are low effort slop the only purpose of which is to extract a few dollars from sexually-frustrated basement dwellers.

Alert me when there's a sex game of the level of quality and cultural importance of Doom/Diablo/Hitman/Witcher/etc. I'll be sure to buy it and play it.

Until then, maybe we should be keeping storefronts free of trash, regardless of whether it's trash that emphasizes sex or trash that emphasizes something else.

Everyone that is so hyper sensitive to the world that they're life is somehow magically made worse if another human they don't even personally know sees lady parts will tell you that horror and extreme levels of violence are only good wholesome and family friendly fun.
